Subj: V1.02 of C5X DSK Software 			   August 15, 1994


Dear C5X DSK Users:

There is a new file call 5xdsk102.exe file on the BBS. This self-decompress
file include version 1.02 of assembler, debugger, and loader.
  assembler - Fixed the shown on ver 1.00.
  debugger - Fixed the bug report from user also add several future.
             1. Initialize the serial port in the debugger. Therefore, the
                try1.asm file on UG can directly download and run to generate
                output.
             2. There is no limitation on the file load size on new debugger.
             3. After modify the register or status bit, you do not have
                to type 'q' then hit <return> to go back the debugger window.
  loader - This is the file under DSK5L102.EXE.
