This patch updates uqwk 1.2 to uqwk 1.3.  This is a small patch, but it
fixes a big problem which caused articles to be posted to the wrong
newsgroup.  (And we all know how painful that can be.)  Many thanks to
Debby Keen for finding this.

cd into the uqwk source directory and "patch -p1 < this-file"
